Gadi Eisenkot attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's digital finance proposal on Saturday, calling it a move that puts Israel's financial stability in danger.

The Yashar party chairman released a campaign video on X/Twitter to respond to Netanyahu's recent remarks about preparing for an alternative economy.

Eisenkot argued that the Prime Minister's comments amount to an admission that he has economically destroyed the country.

The video opened with the warning that all of Israel's money is at risk. It included clips from a Channel 10 interview in which Netanyahu stated that the nation must prepare for an alternative economy due to international sanctions.

Netanyahu acknowledged in that interview that digital finance would certainly be part of his strategy. He said he had already requested a plan for this mechanism.

Eisenkot's team labeled this proposal Bibicoin. They argued that the system would destroy Israel and create an economy similar to those of North Korea and Iran.

The video claimed the outcome would end high-tech, healthcare, and security. It asked how global high-tech firms would invest in Israel if digital currency were the only payment method available.

The video concluded that Israel must not let the Prime Minister burn through its savings.

In a separate post on X, Eisenkot noted that Netanyahu admits his policy will lead to international isolation and economic sanctions.

Eisenkot wrote that this situation will cause a collapse in national security. He used the Prime Minister's own words from the Channel 10 interview as the basis for his criticism.
